Say 'Hello' to Dr. Ashley Dubois
Our emergency dentist in Fort Walton Beach is a proud Emerald Coast native and is thrilled to be back in her hometown serving the local community. Dr. Dubois attended the University of Florida, where she obtained degrees in cell science and microbiology. She would later go on to earn a master's degree from the University of South Florida. In 2015, Dr. Dubois graduated from the prestigious New York University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
Following graduation, Dr. Dubois had the honor to serve America's military veterans at the VA Medical Center in Orlando, Florida through the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program. This opportunity allowed her to gain hands-on experience placing dental implants, as well as performing restorations, periodontal surgery, and prosthodontics.
After several years of serving as an associate in private practice, Dr. Dubois fulfilled her dream of opening Shoreline Dental Studio in 2022.
Dr. Dubois and her husband, chiropractor Dr. Jon Barbee, have three wonderful children together. In the family's spare time, they enjoy exploring the great outdoors with their hound dog Louie in tow.
Dr. Ashley Dubois received the Scarlett 2023 Woman of the Year award in recognition of being one of the most remarkable, reliable, hardworking, and determined women in the community. She is honored to have been voted by the community as "The Dentist" of the Year.
